Only products ordered directly from Arrymed will be accepted.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Items purchased through retailers.
- Items that had been damaged by the customer.
- Items that had been used.
- Items with heavy cigarette or perfume odour.
If we receive any items under any of the stated conditions above, no refunds will be issued. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will then issue you a refund, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please take note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You may then contact your credit card company or bank for more details.
We will only process item replacement if the item is confirmed to be defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send contact us and send your item back to the manufacturer.
To return your item, you should send it back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to reach the manufacturer may vary.
